Income Tax Act, 1961Donors can claim tax exemption on donations made to Sahaj Seva Sansthan under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Reg No: BRD/A.A-I/80G/(112/117)2009-10 dated 26-02-2010.
12A Registration
Income Tax ExemptionOur non-profit income is fully exempt from income tax under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act. Reg No: BRD/A/A-I(MU.)12AA/(49/73)/2009-10 dated 6-01-2010.
FCRA Registration
Foreign Contribution (Regulation) ActSahaj Seva Sansthan is fully authorized to receive international donations and foreign contributions under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act. Registration No: 125560301 dated 06 Dec 2017.
Rajasthan Trust Registration
Rajasthan Public Trust ActRegistered under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act by the Charity Commissioner of Rajasthan. Registration Number: Ajmer/11/2022. This is the foundational registration that legally constitutes Sahaj Seva Sansthan.
