❓ Who can donate?

Any individual, company, trust, or institution can donate to Sahaj Seva Sansthan. International donations are also accepted via our FCRA-registered account.

❓ Is my donation tax-exempt?

Yes. Sahaj Seva Sansthan is certified under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Domestic donors can claim tax exemption on their contributions. A receipt will be issued immediately.

❓ How will my donation be used?

Your donation goes directly to our six program areas: Gau Seva, Education, Plantation, Orphan Care, Women Development, and Elder Care. Administrative costs are kept below 10% of total receipts.

❓ Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. An official donation receipt (required for 80G tax exemption) will be issued via email within 24-48 hours of your donation being confirmed.

❓ Can I donate in-kind?

Absolutely. We accept food, clothing, books, stationery, medicines, cattle feed, sewing machines, and other materials. Please contact us before sending to confirm current needs.

❓ Is there a minimum donation amount?

There is no minimum donation amount. Even ₹10 makes a difference. However, for issuing 80G receipts, the minimum is ₹500 as per Income Tax guidelines.

❓ Can I specify how my donation is used?

Yes. You can earmark your donation for a specific cause — e.g., "education fund" or "gaushala feed". We will honour your preference and report back on its utilization.

❓ Are foreign donations accepted?

Yes. We are registered under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act). International donors can donate via our Cashfree payment gateway which accepts USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies.

Donation Policy

We require funds so as to meet the expenses required for the Physical Disabled School for the treatment of polio, cerebral palsy and to provide amenities to the poor and the needy physically challenged children. The main source of funds of the Organisation is met through donations from individuals, business class and other institutions.

🔒 Policy Regarding Privacy

  1. The personal information of the respective donors is not disclosed to anyone.
  2. The amount received as donation is fully utilised only in the welfare activities of the poor, destitute, physically challenged and the needy persons.

↩ Refunds & Cancellation

✅ For Successful Transactions

The details are mailed and provided with email ID. The amount received as donation is transferred directly to the account of Sahaj Seva Sansthan, Jaipur. Receipts for the donations along with other relevant documents are sent to the donors at the address as mentioned or desired by them.

⚠️ Case 1 — Double Transaction or Wrong Amount

Request mail is required to be sent to contactus@sssansthan.org with the reason. After verifying details of the transaction and justifying the reason, the amount as received is refunded and the transaction charges shall have to be borne by the concerned donor. The said process completes within 30 days of the date on which the request mail has been received.

ℹ️ Case 2 — Transaction Cancelled During Process

If any transaction is cancelled by the user during the process period and the amount is not credited in the account of the Organisation but has been debited from the user account, the Organisation is not responsible to refund for the same. The matter has to be resolved by the user from their banker/merchant. The Organisation shall resolve the matter up to the extent of its limit. For this, the donor is kindly requested to send the related matter to the Organisation at contactus@sssansthan.org.
