Welfare of Destitute Children

Sahaj Seva Sansthan is dedicated to the welfare of destitute children, providing essential facilities and working towards the social and economic upliftment of those in need. The group came together with the founders of the NGO Sahaj Seva Sansthan and began to resolve issues of establishing facilities in Gujarat and Rajasthan to take in poor and orphan children from rural areas and broken homes. We care for them, educate them, and thus help them secure a promising future.

In other words, Sahaj Seva Sansthan saves children from exploitation that is regretfully common in rural areas. Countless terrifying realities force children onto the streets: domestic violence, being orphaned or abandoned, or belonging to dysfunctional families. Sahaj Seva Sansthan is a public relief and development agency helping children and their communities towards a wholesome future filled with hope, dignity, justice, and peace. Reaching out to the poorest of the poor in India without respect to caste, creed, race, or religion, we work through partnerships to bring about lasting change and build the nation.

Identification & Emotional Support

We identify orphan, semi-orphan, and street children through our diligent volunteers, citizens, police, and the women & child welfare department. We conduct a thorough pre-view of each incoming child's specific problems and difficulties.

Through professional counseling, we arrange for the emotional acceptance and healing of the children. They are provided comfortable lodging and boarding facilities at a rented building. We arrange teaching facilities in nearby schools matching their age, and supplement this with home tuitions, recreation, and comprehensive health care. We run this orphanage strictly through local donations and contributions, mobilizing both cash and kind from our supporters.
