Gau Seva — Serving the Sacred
Every cow deserves dignity. We rescue, shelter, and care for abandoned and injured cows with love, giving Gaumata the life she deserves.
Protecting stray, abandoned & ill Cows
Sahaj Seva Sansthan is a social service organization launched by a group of dedicated individuals helping ill, abandoned, and orphaned cows in Jaipur and Barmer, India. Working since 2007, we serve helpless, shelterless, ill, and handicapped cows that have nobody to care for them. We provide them with proper healthy food, medical facilities, and a peaceful refuge where they can live with dignity.
Our organisation has done and promoted many activities for the Cow Protection Movement, inspiring many other organisations with the full devotion of our members. We carry out campaigns to raise public awareness about GAU SEVA, explaining its significance and encouraging respect for cows in villages and beyond. The NGO has a strong, passionate team to perform its aims and receives great support from local communities. We assist gaushalas to reach a level of sustainability where they can provide good lives to the animals with good management practices. Our foundation aims to support as many cows as possible to live under these principles of humane care.
