How We Are Governed
The Board of Trustees meets quarterly to review programs, approve budgets, and set strategic direction. All major financial decisions require a majority vote. Minutes of every board meeting are maintained and available for inspection upon request.
We follow a zero-tolerance policy for conflicts of interest and comply fully with the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, and the Income Tax Act for charitable trusts.
Annual reports, audited financial statements, and impact reports are published on our website and submitted to the relevant government authorities every financial year.
Transparency
Open books, published annual reports, and audited statements.
Accountability
Every decision documented, every rupee tracked and reported.
Integrity
No conflicts of interest. Every trustee serves voluntarily, without remuneration.
Inclusivity
Our board reflects the communities we serve — women, rural leaders, professionals.
